1.8 schedule and issues

Hi Stefan,

Is there any prerelease schedule for 1.8 version? some RCs?
Particulary I'm interesting when 1.8 branch will happen.

I would like to start implement some issues from tracker ones needing
more time to stabilize. I'm thinking about
  * directory diff #469
   - part of T-Merge or separate thing?

* (eventually) bisect #64
    - this one depend on not issued issue - get externals with same date
as WCs root has - I ran into this once when I did manual bisect. This is
more task for svn I guess.
    - Also I'm not sure where to implement that but I guess new
Application should take care about that.

yap ... btw some editors allows to select block and tab adds and
shift-tab removes indention for lines in selected block. Are you agains
this in T-Merge?
Does this kind of issues need issuing? Changing file coding was not too
so I guess not.

Some other projects uses even/odd version numbering to distinguish
development version from stable (TSVN term is more releases).
You are keeping stable branch nightly version, so I would recommend to
keep nightly version odd, and stable even. TSVN don't align with svn
version on 3th level anyway.
Just my 2 cent.

Oto
