SubWCRev fails during build -- Patch to versioninfo.build

I have encountered one other problem building the TSVN client. It seems that the metadata wc database schema format is changed for version 1.8. Since the build patches in build numbers with SubWCRev.exe, it needs to do this job with a compatible version. So if you currently installed version of Tortoise SVN is 1.7.x. and you are trying to build the tip of the trunk, you will likely encounter this problem. The attached patch fixes this problem (for x86 at least) by forcing the build system to use the installed version of SubWCRev.exe
