checkout to non existing folder

I did new check out. Usualy I create folder first and then use check out
directly on this folder; this time I let TSVN to create a folder.

In folder where new WC should be right click on some folder. (I used non
WC folder)
You get URL from history and sugested destination folder.
First change WC folder.
Then Fix repository URL. Your fixed WC if rewritten!
Then fix WC folder to non existing one.
Comfirm setting. you get error that folder is not empty(but it is not
exisiting)!
Then everything works.

Sugestion:
1. While WC is suggested is should be gray, until you edit it. Your
edited WC folder should not change automaticaly.
This works if you start filling dialog from top to bottom, but
time-to-time you know how WC should be called before you know repository
URL.

The same behaviour I missing in some file copy, rename operation. Old
name should appear in rename box as a grey text using arrows first would
keep that text, hitting anything else you lose that original name.

2. Before checking if folder is check if is empty check if exists.
