Feature improvement tortoisemerge

Hello,

I have a suggestion for improving tortoisemerge:

When comparing a file on a low resolution monitor or with long lines you can scroll to the right. It would be a huge improvement if the bottom bar also would scroll according to the file on top.

I included a screenshot with an arrow to make my comment more clear.
