Just noticed this being merged to 1.7.x. Should that menu entry be
retained in CfM? After all, you need to set that flag before you start
partially undoing undoing changes, not right at the point of commit.

Also related, what happens if you "Restore after commit" and then
revert a file so that you can make completely different changes to it
for an emergency fix. Does the revert also discard the "Restore after
commit" status? I'm guessing it should normally, but should there be
an option to "Revert and restore after commit"?
