Sparse checkouts

Hi Stefan,

I have never documented sparse checkouts very well in terms of
changing the depth. I know there were methods involving CfM and repo
browser, but it seems to me that update-to-revision covers everything
now, either by changing the working copy depth or by using "Choose
items". Is there any need to mention the other methods (and if so,
what are they ;-)
