Export changed items here fails

Hi Stefan,

I have modified dug_export.xml in the docs. If I right click on the
grandparent folder (TortoiseSVN) or higher in the working copy then
right drag Export changed items here fails with the message "The
system cannot find the path specified". It works OK if you use the
immediate parent folder. I'm guessing the folder structure is not
being created properly.
