Done in r23151.

Done in r23150 - you might have to delete the registry key
HKCU\Software\TortoiseMerge\TortoiseMerge for this to take effect.
Or customize it yourself in the menu at the top left (the small arrow
right to the TMerge icon)->more commands -> in that dialog you can add
your own shortcut key to any command you like.
