[doc bug] missing goto info and short cut

Checking actual
http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/nightly/TortoiseMerge_sk/tme-keyboard.html
for short cut to Switch View I found that there is still no Ctrl-G for
jump to line in doc (nor note about it?).

Can be all shortcuts extracted from resources and/or code and documented
if not already?

BTW: is there short cut for Switch Views? if not can be implemented
Ctrl-U is my favorite (from total commander)
