Externals - Context menu in commit dialog

Hi Stefan,

I observed the following behaviour with nightly build Build 22600 - (64 Bit
-dev, 2012/02/26 16:33:25). When I commit something with "Show externals
from different repositories" enabled, some changed file may show up. The
context menu for this file shows all actions.

Some of them show a dangerous behavior:
- "Revert" reverts the file without a prompt
- "Delete" deletes the file without a prompt

not dangerous, but wrong
- "Create patch" throws an error "neiter /path nor /pathfile was specified
..."
- The two copy operations do not copy anything to the clipboard

"compare, diff, show log, blame, lock and properties" behave as expected. I
didn't test "restore after commit" and "move to changelist"
