I can only confirm what Simon said. Great job!

Is it possible that the default shortcut keys are a bit inconsistent?
For instance:
Previous difference: Ctrl+F11
Next difference: Ctrl+Down
Previous conflict: Shift+F8
Next conflict: F8

The conflict settings are ok, but the diff shortcuts are a bit weird.
Shift-F7/F7 would be consistent and easy to reach IMHO,
I don't remember changing any settings for the shortcut keys (new laptop
:)) Or is it just my registry that is messed up?
