New ribbon in TMerge

Hi Stefan,

I like the new ribbon in TMerge :-) The controls seem much clearer
and more accessible, and the ability to hide it to save screen space
is good too.

In many of the styles the top left corner area looks a bit messy, with
an Office 2007 circle, and the TMerge logo and the tortoise on top of
each other. Not sure if this is because there is too much information
present, or because icons need resizing or what. OTOH the Windows 7
variant looks fine.
