Please take the trouble to read the mailing list guidelines. This
question is about using TortoiseSVN, not about developing it, so it
belongs on the users list.

As the error message states, the server-side post commit hook returned
an error, which is the text you are seeing there. You will have to ask
your server administrator what it means and how to solve it.
