Log viewer does not refresh correctly when viewing log of deleted path

The following issue has been seen with TortoiseSVN 1.7.0, Build 22068.

To reproduce:
 * Open the repository browser.
 * Change the revision from HEAD to a previous revision N.
 * Right click on a path that does not exist in the HEAD revision and
open the Log Viewer.
 * Toggle the "Stop on copy / rename" or "Include merged revisions"
checkbox -> A path not found message will be displayed.

It seems that the Log viewer does not properly refresh to show the log
from revision N back for that path.Perhaps it is trying to find the
path at the HEAD revision when it refreshes.
