Accelerator conflict in Edit svn:externals dialog

In the Edit External dialog, both `Local path` and `OK` use O as the keyboard
accelerator. This prevents the O for the OK from being trapped when in
cursor is in the `Local Path` text box.

Probably caused by one of my recent requests to add an OK accelerator for
everything ;)
