Choose Items in the Checkout dialog isn't functional

With build 21880, opening the Checkout dialog and selecting Choose Items
causes the Repository Browser to open but display nothing. I saw this
behavior when entering http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk as the
`URL of repository`, so it should be easy to reproduce.
