Radio button on Update to Revision dialog behaves incorrectly

Still working my way through reporting the little issues I noticed this week

If you open the Update to Revision dialog in the TSVN extended context menu,
the cursor is trapped in the Revision entry text box, but the `Revision`
radio button is not active. Neither of the pair of radio buttons is active
in the Head revision / Revision pair, which seems incorrect.

 - the `Head revision / Revision` radio button set are initially omitted
from the tab order unless a mouse click is used to select one; though this
is probably a consequence of the first issue described.

 - If you select the `Head revision` radio button, the revision entry radio
button is not greyed out as I'd expect since this is the behavior I see in
the Branch / tag dialog. However, there is even more variation in how
similar dialogs behave. The Switch to Branch / Tag dialog has a similar
controls set and the revision entry text box is not greyed out when the HEAD
Revision radio button is selected, however when typing in the Revision entry
text box the Revision radio button automatically becomes selected.

I was expecting one or both of the two described behaviors to exist:
 - deactivate (grey-out) the revision entry text box when the Head revision
radio button is selected, OR
 - automatically select the Revision radio button when typing in the
Revision entry text box
