Translation update notifications

Hi translators,

I have set up a filter, that posts updates to translation resources to
Twitter, so you can follow "me" here: <https://twitter.com/#!/luebbetsvn>
instead of monitoring the google code rss feed, the TortoiseSVN repository
or transifex.net.
