Multi language installer for TortoiseSVN

Hi Folks,

Maybe it's not the right time to start this discussion just before an
impending release, but since there's always room for improvement, I'll start
it anyway.

How about having a multi language installer for TortoiseSVN that offers to
download & install the desired language pack(s) during the installation?

This way we would need only two installers (32/64 bit) plus a download
location where we leave the manuals. We could even try to download the
spellcheckers from
ftp.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/dictionaries/ during
the installation so there would be no need to duplicate them on our build
system.

What do you think?
