TortoiseSVN translation status report for r21654

Hi Folks,

here's the latest translation status report. We have another new translation
started, Thai in this case. Thanks to smileofme.
Look at the many "OK"s in the UI column. Isn't that nice? Thanks to all
contributors! I think that all languages at 90% or above can reach
completion before the next release. How about a little translation sprint in
Bulgarian, both Chinese, Croatian, Danish, Italian, Korean, Portuguese (BR),
Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish?
