1. Verify its integrity. It is easy, because the installer file is
cryptographically signed. See here:

2. Clear browser cache. Some browsers (IE) cache partially downloaded files.
Or try to select a different mirror on Sourceforge.

3. Do not send HTML emails to mailing lists. Use plain text.
