Tortoise SVN windows client storing data always C:\

Hi,

Looks like SVN windows client has hard coding of application data store to
C:\Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\Subversion.. instead of
storing in OS drive.

We have a system where the OS is installed in G:\ and C as emplty drive, in
such case we see the data of SVN client alone in C:\Documents and
Settings\<userid>\Application Data\Subversion..

It would be nice to correct(remove) such c:/ drive dependency as storing in
OS drive is the right approach.
