Some undesirable behavior of the Settings dialog

Here are two minor things I noticed when developing my previous post. They
both have to do with the Settings > Log Caching > Cached Repositories panel.

 1. If a `Repository URL` is highlighted and delete is selected, then an
"Are you sure?" dialog is brought to the front, but the original Settings
dialog is pushed behind Windows Explorer. However, if the Explorer window is
minimized and the Settings dialog resides over a different window such
Chrome or Firefox, this behavior does not occur. Since this is kind of
difficult to explain and easy to demonstrated I've captured the behaviors in
a flash video that you can grab from
ftp://ftp.physiosonics.com/SettingDialog1.swf

 2. A similar behavior occurs when choosing to Update a cache under the
condition that authentication data has not been saved for the repository. In
this case, the authentication dialog is brought to the front and the
Settings dialog and 'Updating log cache' dialog are pushed behind Windows
Explorer.
