I don't quite understand. Do you want TSVN to pass you urls to the files
to diff like e.g., file://%temp%/tsv587C.tmp.cpp ?
Or do you mean in case two files are diffed directly on the repository
and you want those urls instead of TSVN first downloading the files from
the repository?
