Passing url files into diff viewer.

Our company is developing a file comparison tool and we plan on including an extended TotoiseSVN integration in it. To do this we need diff viewer settings to allow passing url-files in command line arguments (something like %burl, %turl). Can we expect this feature to be included in future versions of TortoiseSVN?
