Nope. Double clicking gives the same behavior as when starting TortoiseMerge for the first time. That is: No action on the first resize. Then it lags behind again.

Have you configured windows to show widow content during resize? Then you would not see this problem. For me only the window border is shown continuously during resize, and the window content is updated first on mouse up.
