Repository browser dialog title seems to be incorrect

Discussion in the thread "Dialog titles" [1] indicated that the Repository
Browser should show the working copy path in the title when started from a
working copy. That is not the case as of TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 21390.

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Checkout a working copy of the TortoiseSVN project.
 2. Navigate to the `contrib` directory in Windows Explorer.
 3. Start the Repository Browser.

Here is what I see:
