[T-Udiff feature request] registration to open command and accept first parameter as filename

Hi there,

I used text editor (OpenOffice.org writer namely) to check patches from
e-mails (Dmitry namely) in Thunderbird. Now set TortoiseUDiff, but it
does not work, I get Messagebox with parameter list.
Can you add support for this case: handle first parameter as filename.
T-Merge support this I think.
Once this works would be good idea to register T-UDiff as .patch file
viewer (open command)?
