You are listed twice: once with your printflow address (fully trusted
and active), and as a registered user 'otik' with your e-posta email
address. The second one wasn't marked as "trusted" and that's why your
messages needed to be moderated.
I've changed your status now to "trusted" so hopefully, your posts
will go through unmoderated.
