Defect report: In commit dialog, number of files selected can be inaccurate

From: Ryan J Ollos <ryano_at_physiosonics.com>
Date: Fri, 15 Apr 2011 21:33:21 -0700 (PDT)

The commit dialog shows (lower right corner) number of files selected ("X
files selected") and number of files total ("Y files total"). This can be
made inaccurate by sorting columns. To reproduce the issue:

 1. Open the commit dialog. In my example it shows 5 files selected, 5 files
total.
 2. Sort the columns one or more times. In my case, the number of files
changes from 5-> 9 -> 14 -> 19 -> 24 -> 29 as I sort the columns 6 times.
 3. Selected any of the filters, such as All or None, the number of files
selected becomes accurate again.
