Way to easy build T-Merge

Dear Stefan,
I'm on the road in Romania so I'll be short.
I would like to provide some patches of better quality. I have downloaded VC2010 Pro trial to build T-Merge. What is the minimal set of tools I need? I though that VC would be enougth, but I found apr.h missing so read build.txt and there is too many tools to get here with limited access to internet, even with internet it is too much to install.
