Show changes in revision

How can I use TortoiseProc to show file changes made in certain revison? Using svn command I can make like this:
svn diff --change <rev> <file-url>

BTW, I saw a similar feature in the log dialog. Right-click on a file item, "Show changes".
It would be great to use this from TortoiseProc CLI.
Thanks.
