Patch - strings not terminated on edge cases, other minor fixes

Hey.

Attached is an untested patch that addresses
- the fact that GetModuleHandle() doesn't null-terminate the string if there's no room for that
- use of hardcoded constants instead of _counof()
- no check for null pointer before dereferencing the pointer
