Re: Quotes are not preserved in Local Path of svn:externals after saving dialog

A related minor issue occurs when the error dialog appears.

 1. Initially (for less than 1 second), the `TortoiseSVN: Subversion
Reported an Error Dialog` appears.
 2. That dialog is pushed to the background as the `Settings` dialog
appears. The `Settings` dialog has a Cancel button, so the user would
natural press this Cancel because nothing happens if the the user just
waits.
 3. After pressing Cancel, the `Settings` dialog stays present, nothing
happens. To get both dialog boxes to go away the user needs to raise the
`TortoiseSVN: Subversion Reported an Error Dialog` from the background and
press its Close button.
