Create repository with folder structure

I was trying to create a local repo using "Create repository here" command from the right-click menu of the Windows Explorer.
The empty repo created succefully and dialog "Repository popped up.
Then I want to create initial structure. I click on the button "Create folder structure".
Message "Default directory structure successfully created!" appeared.
After this I found in local repo all files and folders from my %TEMP% folder.
Is it ok?
