CfM: glass area borders to list control on all sides
Log: gap between glass area and topmost control
RepoBrowser: gap between glass area and controls on top as well as sides
Commit: some group boxes are on glass others on standard background
(we might remove the group box(es), for instance).
Rename: should be entirely glassy, except for the edit control
(other small dialogs have similar issues)

Also, we might want to remove / hide the extra 1-pixel border
of the control if it is surrounded by the glass area. Otherwise,
the list control in CfM has a 2-pixel border while the group
box line remains 1 pixel wide.
