Don't use Opera as your browser :)
Or tell the Opera devs to implement those custom protocols on Windows -
other browsers do that too (e.g., Firefox and of course IE, but also
Chrome).

And next time, use the users list - the dev list is for discussing the
development topics of TSVN.
