tsvn on Vista

Hello.

I've just installed:

Subversion 1.6.13
svnindex.xsl
TortoiseSVN 1.6.11
(reboot here)
Opera 10.63

Now trying to access any tsvn:// link results in "No registered application for this
extension" message.

OS: Vista Home Premium.

Does you know how to fix it? I'm out of ideas.
