Not only PayPal has been humiliated on the internets for some time already to no effect, it's known behaviour of this company to steal money that and similar ways. So, though someone should definitely post this story to big sites (and the story of foobar2000 too, for example), I wouldn't expect much action from PayPal.

The only real outcome we can hope for is that many people stop using PayPal.
