Yes, this is because I re-use the routine that generates the header and I
was too lazy to distinguish between gui and doc which doesn't need the "ma"
column.

No, because the GUI resources of all TortoiseSVN apps, including unused
strings from libraries, end up in TortoiseSVN.pot
