Doc patch: click style inconsistency

Fixing click style to follow: doc/source/Hacking.txt

In doc/source/Hacking.txt you can also read

1.
If you want to translate the german or french docs you have to enable
UTF-8 BOM's in
your editor.
(should it be German and French ?)
Is this sentence actual, as we use .po files?

2.
- Use leading tabs, not spaces
   Please set up your editor NOT to expand tabs to spaces. If anyone
   else views the file with different tab settings it will look a mess.
   Recommended tab setting for viewing is 4 spaces.

This paragraph looks to be outdated too. Also formatting within this doc
is inconsistent - tried to fix by this patch.
