Update to r995168 of the svn trunk.
Note: with this commit, the working copy format changes to the single-db schema. Since there's no automatic update of the wc version, users either need to use the python script (doesn't work with externals) or do a fresh checkout of their working copies. Of course this applies only to users that already use a nightly build.

After I read this I get unsure about this revision.

Does this mean that I 'MAY/CAN' or 'HAVE TO' to upgrade to single-db schema after using this version?

Is there way to implement it as 'upgrade wc' command from shell in near future?
