Possible bug: HTTP 400 error when trying to do anything on a URL containing number sign

From: Dmitry <wipedout_at_yandex.ru>

Hey.

In r19377 the following occurs: say I have a repo path "https://svnsrv/root/Project/Code Snippets (C#)" (notice "C#" in the end) . When I traverse the repo tree in the repo browser once I try to expand the "Code Snippets (C#)" node I get "HTTP 400 bad request". The same happens when I try to request the change log for that node. All operations run fine on all other repo tree nodes - the problem is only with nodes containing the number ("#") sign.

Looks like a major bug.

Best wishes.
Dmitry.
