Accessibility enhancements...

Hello, Stefan.

Some time ago we have discussed the accessability problems in Switch and
Checkout dialogues. I have downloaded and installed the last nighty build
and seems that all the problems are now almost gone. I do not know why, but
all the labels are read correctly now, except one small problem in the
checkout dialogue:
the static label with the control ID: 1074 that is the label for the control
with the controlID: 1010 is read unstable once you move with the mouse
emulation down you get it and when you move back you loose it. May be it is
slightly overlapped with the control itself? If so, can it be moved a little
bit not to overlap the label?

In general the situation is dramatically better.
