Multi-language spell check

There's a real need to use more than one language for spell-checking.
Arguments to support that in Firefox are here:

Some of them:
- Non-english speaking IT-developers constantly use 2 languages: their
native + English,
- Many countries have several state languages.

Suggestion is to pass a little ahead of browsers & support this wanted
feature in TortoiseSVN.
