Can I suggest (for the TSVN UI) that the set of checkboxes to
determine the overlays to use goes on a separate page in our settings
dialog, i.e. a sub-page of Icon Overlays. That gives a bit of space
for some text to say that all Tortoise clients will be affected by
these choices (and that a reboot/logout is required).
