Suggestion: Select/Deselect all in Commit dialog

Hey.

I wonder why is it that "Create patch" dialog does have "Select/deselect all" checkbox and "Commit" dialog does not? Both are used for the same purpose - to review the changes and decide which of them should go public. Currently if I want to (de)select all in "Commit" dialog list I have to press "Ctrl-A" and click which is not very intuitive and the most annoying part is that each time I think that "there was a similar dialog somewhere that has a nice checkbox for that" - that nice dialog is "Create patch" dialog.
