Changed to "Blame changes" in r18389.
But for the suggested new feature: just calling it "Blame" is not
enough. How would a user know that it will blame the 'last' revision?
And what's the last revision in case the dialog shows the diffs between
two tags, i.e. both revisions are the same but the urls are different?
