I'm not sure that I follow..?
What I would like is a simple blame for the "last" revision. Equivalent to checking out the revision in a WC and selecting "Blame..." on the file. The one that is there already should stay. I think that they could be called "Blame revisions" and "Blame...". That way we would stay consistent with naming and functionality throughout the application.
Btw, shouldn't it be called "Blame changes" instead of "Blame revisions" in that dialog? That would seem more in line with the documentation as I understand it:

I guess that what I really want is for TortoiseBlame to be able to read and display the information provided by two (or more?) blame files. But that is another magnitude of a change alltogether. (But maybe something that would fit in the issue tracker?) Something akin to the perforce time-lapse view would be ideal. Perhaps with the adition of the one-line-mouse-over-diff from TortoiseMerge.

(Yes I realize that doing a time-lapse view with hundreds of revisions isn't really feasible in SVN right now. But being able to fetch and add individual revisions to the time-lapse would be possible (and very nice).)
