I'm very much in favour of supporting indexed parameters in TortoiseSVN.
I talked to the Persian translator about this subject and for him this
is a big problem, because he has to write a sentence in right-to-left
order, but the parameters are supplied in left-to-right order.

It would also lead to better grammar in some German translations if I
could place the parameters at the right location.
